Usage Time & Provider Usage Time

Overview

The Usage Time feature allows you to monitor how much service time has been consumed under your subscription.

From this section, you can:

・View total usage time

・Check your subscription plan

・See your next billing date

・Review detailed usage by project and provider

・Monitor usage for users you manage

Part 1: Usage Time

Whose usage is displayed?

The Usage Time page displays:

✅ Your own account usage

✅ The usage of users you have purchased or subscribed on behalf of

If you manage multiple users, all related usage will appear in one centralized list.

This allows you to track total consumption across your managed accounts in a single view.

Understanding the Usage Time table

The table includes the following columns:

User – Name and email

Subscription Plan – Current active plan (e.g., STANDARD)

Next Billing Date – Upcoming billing date

Total Usage – Accumulated usage (in seconds)

Details – View usage breakdown

What does "Total Usage" mean?

・Usage is measured in seconds (s).

・If it shows 0 s, no usage has been recorded yet.

・Any value greater than 0 indicates active usage.

How do I view detailed usage?

  1. Go to Usage Time
  2. Click Details next to a user
  3. You will be redirected to Provider Usage Time

Part 2: Provider Usage Time

What is Provider Usage Time?

Provider Usage Time shows a breakdown of usage by:

・Project

・Provider

・Device (if applicable)

This helps you understand where and how your usage is being consumed.

How is the usage organized?

Usage is grouped by Project.

You can expand each project to see usage across providers such as:

・Quapp

・Amazon Braket

・Qiskit Runtime (IBM Cloud)

・D-Wave

・OQC Cloud

・Rigetti

・Azure Quantum

What unit is Usage Time measured in?

Usage is measured in seconds (s).

0 s → No usage recorded

Value greater than 0 → Usage has been recorded

What should I do if the usage looks incorrect?

Please contact Quapp Support and provide: 

・User email

・Project name

・Screenshot of the issue
