1. Service Maintenance and Upgrade Policies

    We notify users in advance about any scheduled downtime for upgrades or maintenance.

  • Emergency Maintenance:
    In case of an urgent need, maintenance may occur without prior notice.

2. Downtime or Service Outage Notifications

If a service outage occurs, users will be notified via:

    For major outages affecting the majority of users.

  • Platform Notification:
    A message will be displayed on the platform notifying users of the downtime.

  • Support Channels:
    For emergency situations, our support team will provide updates via the support channels.

3. Uptime and Service Recovery Commitment

We strive for a high level of service availability:

  • Uptime Guarantee:
    We guarantee 99.9% uptime, excluding planned maintenance.

  • Service Recovery:
    In case of an outage, we aim to restore service within 1 hour. For extended outages, users will be notified of the estimated recovery time.
