Subscription Storage Usage

This section helps you easily understand how much storage you are using across your Quapp subscriptions. It’s designed to be simple, transparent, and helpful—so you always know where your resources are going and whether your current plan fits your needs.

What you can do here​

With Subscription Usage, you can:

  • See all subscriptions you’ve purchased (for yourself or for others)
  • Check total storage usage across different storage types
  • View detailed storage usage by project
  • Understand how Quapp’s storage pricing works

This page is read-only and focuses purely on visibility and clarity—no billing actions are required here.

Who is this for?​

Subscription Usage is available to all users with an active subscription, including:

  • Standard
  • Premium
  • Enterprise

You can view usage for:

  • Subscriptions you use yourself
  • Subscriptions you pay for on behalf of other users

Storage types explained​

Quapp tracks storage usage across three categories:

  • Source code storage – Your function source code and related files
  • Runtime storage – Temporary data generated while functions are running
  • Artifact storage – Outputs, logs, and generated results from jobs

The Total value is the combined usage of all three types.

Current Usage​

The Current Usage page gives you a high-level overview of all your subscriptions.

What you’ll see​

For each subscription, Quapp shows:

  • User – Who the subscription is associated with
  • Subscription plan – Standard, Premium, or Enterprise
  • Next billing date – When the subscription renews
  • Source code storage – Total code storage used
  • Runtime storage – Total runtime storage used
  • Artifact storage – Total artifact storage used
  • Total usage – Combined usage compared to your plan limit

If you manage multiple subscriptions, this view helps you quickly compare usage and spot subscriptions that are approaching their limits.

Viewing details​

Select Details to see how storage is distributed across individual projects within a subscription.

Resource Usage​

The Resource Usage page shows a detailed breakdown of storage usage by project for a selected subscription.

What you’ll see​

  • Total usage summary – Overall storage usage compared to the subscription limit (for example: 14.84 GB / 100 GB)

  • Project list – All projects that consume storage under the subscription

  • Per-project usage:

    • Source code storage (GB)
    • Runtime storage (GB)
    • Artifact storage (GB)

This view is especially useful if you want to:

  • Identify which projects consume the most storage
  • Decide whether to clean up unused artifacts
  • Evaluate if your current subscription plan is still appropriate

Storage pricing policy​

Quapp applies a unified storage policy across all subscription plans:

  • Up to 100 GB of total storage is free
  • Storage beyond 10 GB is charged at $0.1 per GB

This policy is the same for Standard, Premium, and Enterprise plans.

Notes & limitations​

  • Usage data is refreshed whenever the system retrieves it from the platform
  • You can only view subscriptions where you are the payer or the subscriber
  • Billing actions (upgrades, payments, invoices) are handled separately in the Billing section
